Brian loves his jedit, Maurice uses his VI (and can’t live wout vi-bindings and -code-folding) and I, I’m just going with the masses ;). So, I was listening to the Pro PHP Podcast on the way home from work today.  They were talking about Komodo a lot.  I figured I would give my favorite editor a plug.  Believe it or not, it’s jEdit. I keep trying all the latest and greatest editors out there.  I fought with Eclipse and have [...]

So, day two was the cool keynote day.  Day one keynotes were from Tim O’Reilly (not that he is not cool) and the vendors sponsors.  The Intel building blocks stuff was neat, but most of it was vendor stuff IMO. Today we had the “cool thing to here and see, but I proabably won’t use [...]

Day one is complete.  Portland is great as always.  Its really day 1 1/2 since we got in at 1PM yesterday.  That allowed us to go to the MySQL/Zend party last night.  Great party by those guys.  Touched based with old friends and made some new ones. I kind of session hopped today.  Of note, I [...]

Its the httpOnly Cookies support in the setcookie-call. Now that Firefox 2.0.0.5 supports it too (as mentioned here and here) the main browsers are supporting it. Internet Explorer seems to have been the first one supporting it, with Firefox now and Opera meant to support it in 9.5. Therefore it makes sense to use it […]
