Technical Issue Help : Bazaar source control URL will not be accepted

I tried to add the source location for ccif (https://www.openhub.net/p/ccif), with source control software Bazaar, and URL https://bazaar.launchpad.net/~gcramer/ccif/trunk/files, but I got the error ... [More] message The server did not respond to the 'bzr revno' command. Is the URL correct?. The same happens if I use the URL https://code.launchpad.net/ccif/trunk (as recommended in examples).
