Holy grail candidate for sure

Ever needed a CSS, that would actually work!? Perhaps even something that is accessible?! Like, without tables, source ordered in a meaningful way and search engine friendly? Something, that you can understand, why it works? *lite CSS is for you!!
It originated from a TikiWiki-theme, that implements one/two/three column layouts with a header and a footer - all of those five dynamically switchable on and off. This style won't break in any
